Access Business Expo in Twickenham

The show may be over! Now the real value of consolidating friendships and business alliances starts in earnest.

The event venue was well chosen, near the Twickenham National Rugby stadium, an area well equipped to entertain large crowds.

Hard work pays good dividends

Despite the tube strike and the continuing discussions about the economic recovery, this is where the green shoots of new business can be found. The comment made by one of the breakfast speakers about the value of a smile, a firm handshape and a meaningful short discussion with new contacts are priceless and worth the investment every time.

Four chambers of commerce showed leadership through participation. One bank was represented. The big question is whether these corporate giants should participate more in the local business community in stead of competing among themselves? We gratefully acknowledge and value the enormous preparation, not only by the organisers, but each of the exhibitors, the caterers and volunteers. Thank you to every one involved, including visitors, like myself, who enjoyed the benefits of attenting this event.
